A Recycling Recovery Payment is a return payment issued to your organization when certain devices contain
recoverable value beyond standard recycling commodities after they are processed through our secure workflow.
This program is ideal for refresh cycles, cleanouts, and seasonal student device turn-ins.

To qualify for Desktop/Laptop Recovery Payment tiers, devices do not need to power on, but must be substantially complete.

Complete devices may be missing only ONE of the following core components:
• CPU

• RAM

• Storage (HDD/SSD)

• Motherboard

• Power Supply

Devices missing two or more core components will be classified as EOL and priced accordingly.
